KSB's assistance in the acquisition of Stable.cz
KSB team led by partner Drahomír Tomašuk and attorney Ján Béreš represented the leading Czech hosting company IGNUM belonging to the Slovak group WY Group (Sandberg Capital) in the acquisition of Stable.cz s.r.o., a Czech company operating for 9 years in the field of web hosting and server services.
KSB's services consisted mainly in conducting legal due diligence and in preparing and negotiating acquisition and post acquisition contracts.
