KŠB Advises CONCENS INVESTMENTS on Financing Second Stage of Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park Project

KSB's team (Martin Krejčí, Tomáš Trávníček and Jakub Mehl) advised CONCENS INVESTMENTS on the financing of Stage II of the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park (OAMP) project through TRINITY BANK.

OAMP is located at Ostrava's Leoš Janáček Airport in Mošnov and will offer a total of 120,000 sqm of prime commercial space. Future users will benefit from excellent transport accessibility combining air, rail and road transport. With the planned PV system and LED lighting, the project is targeting international BREEAM environmental certification.
