KSB Advises Seyfor on Another IT Transaction

KŠB’s team led by Ján Béreš, supported by Drahomír Tomašuk and Josef Novotný, assisted our long-term client Seyfor in another IT acquisition. This time, Seyfor acquired a 35% stake in Digitask, a company owned by Filip Dřímalka, a well-known promoter of digital innovation. Digitask focuses on customers who want to accelerate the transformation of their business processes by implementing advanced AI technologies.

The acquisition aims to strengthen Seyfor's competencies in the use of AI across the company’s products. As a result, its customers will be able to better address issues such as process optimization, productivity improvement or service innovation.

Our advisory services included, among other things, conducting due diligence and drafting and negotiating the transaction and investment documentation.

For more information, see, for example, the client’s press release or media coverage here a here.
