Assisting Webglobe in the acquisition of eBola.cz

The KSB team (Drahomír Tomašuk, Jana Guričová and Karolina Vosátková) assisted in another major IT acquisition. Our client, Webglobe, acquired the web hosting company EBOLA Czech, known under the brand name eBola.cz.

Webglobe, originally a Slovak web hosting company backed by another KSB client, the investment fund Sandberg Capital, is a leading domain registrar and web hosting provider in Central Europe. In the four years since entering the Czech market, Webglobe has become the third largest web hosting company in the country. We have already cooperated with Webglobe on its previous acquisitions (ONEsolution, savana.cz).

Our advisory services in this transaction consisted in conducting a legal due diligence of EBOLA Czech and preparing and negotiating the acquisition documentation.

For more information, see for example the client's press release here (only in Czech).
