KŠB Successfully Assists REMA System in Obtaining Authorization to Operate Collection System for Electrical Equipment

The new End-of-Life Products Act imposes a number of corporate, financial, contractual, organizational, technical and other requirements on operators of collection systems. We assisted the client in making its collection system compliant with all the requirements, which was essential for obtaining the authorization to continue operating the system. Our assistance also included legal advice throughout the challenging licensing process.
For more information, please see REMA System's press release or its annual report here (both only in Czech).
