KSB authors contributed to a brand new edition of the monograph "Joint Stock Companies"

KSB partners Professor Jan Dědič, Jan Lasák and Vlastimil Pihera have contributed to the collective monograph "Joint Stock Companies" published by C. H. Beck. The publication deals with the legal regulation of a joint stock company from its foundation and formation, through the functioning of the company itself, its bodies and their members, including the rights and obligations of shareholders, the regulation of shares, the issue of share capital and its changes, to the dissolution of the company and its termination.

The monograph takes into account the existing court practice and also analyses the very topical issues of the legal regulation of joint stock companies, on which the courts have not yet had the opportunity to comment. The publication is intended for the general legal public and members of elected bodies of joint stock companies.
