M&A

Solitea acquired another IT company with the assistance of KŠB - PRYTANIS, a.s.

The KŠB team led by Drahomír Tomašuk assisted Solitea in the acquisition of a 100% stake in PRYTANIS a.s., a leading Czech supplier of information systems for road hauliers, passenger transport operators and forwarding and logistics companies.

Our advice consisted mainly in performing a Due Diligence of PRYTANIS, in preparing and negotiating acquisition documentation and assessing the competitive aspects of the entire transaction.

The entire transaction is still subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authority.

For more information, see Solitea's press release here (in Czech only).
