Advice on 3M Fund MSI’s billion-crown bond issue

KSB’s team consisting of Josef Kříž, Vlastimil Pihera and Martin Krejčí provided advice on the issue of senior bonds by 3M Fund MSI, with the issue value reaching one billion crowns (with the possibility of an additional increase to two billion crowns). The bonds were successfully admitted for trading on the Prague Stock Exchange.

The proceeds are to be used to acquire and further develop real estate. So far, the portfolio includes 7 initial projects, the largest of which is Trnitá Palace in the centre of Brno (Czech Republic). The company's business combines both real estate development and the possession of already completed buildings for rent. MS-Invest will provide development and property management for the company.

J&T IB Capital Markets was appointed as the arranger, with J&T Banka being the manager, administrator and security agent.
