Our advice consisted primarily in conducting due diligence of Mainstream and Powerstream, preparing and negotiating acquisition documentation, and assessing the competitive aspects of the entire transaction.
Mainstream has been on the market for more than 15 years and provides, for example, consulting for communication and collaboration, assistance with digital transformation and adoption, design and implementation of hybrid cloud infrastructure and cyber security consulting from evaluation to implementation of security solutions using artificial intelligence.
Solitea employs over 1,000 employees in seven countries and has over 260,000 customers in 15 countries in the European region, and has long been one of the fastest growing IT companies in the region.
