KŠB Advises WY Group on Acquisition of HOSTING90 systems
KŠB’s team led by senior associate Jana Guričová and partner Drahomír Tomašuk advised WY Group on the acquisition of HOSTING90 systems s.r.o. and Hosting zdarma s.r.o. – two IT companies specializing in webhosting, managed services, VPS servers, dedicated VDS servers and domain registration.
The goal of the WY Group, which has also acquired IT companies IGNUM, s.r.o., Stable.cz, and Axfone LLC with KŠB’s assistance, is to strengthen its position on the Central European hosting market.
KŠB’s advice mainly included legal due diligence, as well as drafting and negotiating the acquisition and post-acquisition agreements.
