KŠB Advises on IGNUM Acquisition
KŠB’s team led by partner Drahomir Tomašuk advised WY Group, a member of the Sandberg Capital Group, on the acquisition of IGNUM, s.r.o, a major Czech player in the field of web hosting and domains which has been on the market for 19 years.
KŠB’s advice primarily included due diligence and negotiating and drafting the acquisition contracts.

European Commission Proposes Transforming EUSPA into European Union Space Services Agency
