Jan Černohouz is a counsel and tax advisor at KŠB. In his practice he specializes mainly in corporate income tax, international taxation and tax planning, value added tax of business entities and value added tax of non-profit and public entities.

Jan Černohouz joins the rankings this year, demonstrating considerable experience working on tax aspects of major restructurings, corporate income tax and VAT analysis, tax-related disputes and mandatory audits. His clients include both domestic and international players.
