Jan Černohouz

Jan Černohouz is a counsel and tax advisor at KŠB. In his practice he specializes mainly in corporate income tax, international taxation and tax planning, value added tax of business entities and value added tax of non-profit and public entities.

Kocián Šolc Balaštík is active across the full range of tax planning services, particularly those with a cross-border angle and is frequently active in large transactional mandates. Co-head Jan Černohouz specialises in corporate tax matters and restructuring. The group also has a reputable tax litigation offering.
