A modern hall is to be developed on the new land in the ARETE Park Rokycany 2 industrial park. The facility will offer almost 30,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space. The project will also comply with ESG standards in line with the ARETE Group's strategy. The premises will be rented out on a long-term basis to the Duvenbeck Group, an international provider of comprehensive logistics services. More
