Participants of the webinar, which was entitled "The future of batteries in the EU: digital passport, new standards and responsibility", were introduced to new developments in European battery legislation, in particular the obligations associated with the creation of a digital passport for batteries, new standards for battery eco-design and performance, as well as producer responsibility issues, including the concept of "second-life" batteries and battery recycling.
