An amendment to the Foreign Exchange Act was published in the Collection of Laws on 19 July 2011. The most significant change implemented by the amendment is cancellation of the rules for acquisition of Czech real property by foreigners. The grounds for the cancellation of these rules is expiration of the period set forth for  preservation of the temporary period for acquisition of agricultural land and forests by foreigners. Other changes are more or less legislative or technical.
