KŠB advises J&T Banka on providing project financing to Julius Meinl Living Group for development of apartment hotel on Senovážné náměstí13/10/20 / News
KŠB’s team, led by Josef Kříž in cooperation with Ota Mach and under the supervision of partner Martin Krejčí, advised J&T Banka on drafting complete contractual documentation related to project financing worth EUR 27 million for Julius Meinl Living Group.
J&T Banka financed a pilot project in Prague, namely the development (reconstruction of an existing building) of an apartment hotel on Senovážné náměstí. Major construction began in July 2019, with the opening of the hotel targeted for the third quarter of 2021.
