KŠB Supports Business Law Summer School13/09/19 / News
The Business Law Summer School organized annually by Masaryk University Law School in Brno, in cooperation with Palacký University Law School, was held this year on 15 - 19 July 2019 once again in Velké Bílovice.
The Summer School’s goal is to provide talented students with deeper insight into business law with an emphasis on the "interweaving of worlds", i.e. the worlds of academia, the judiciary, and legal practice.
Under the leadership of many experienced lecturers (including Vlastimil Pihera, Jan Lasák and Simona Hornochová from KŠB), the students focused on various issues, including family asset management structures and related tax implications, and the liability of company board members.
