KŠB Names New Partner and Counsel

As of 1 January 2019, Drahomír Tomašuk was named a new KŠB partner and Martin Kubík was appointed a counsel. Both have been with KŠB for many years and their promotions are an acknowledgment of their commitment to the firm.

Drahomír Tomašuk has been an attorney-at-law since 2003. He specializes in telecommunication law, personal data protection, banking, corporate law, including corporate groups, and administrative proceedings, including administrative justice. The international rating publication Legal 500 lists Drahomír as an expert in telecommunication law.

Martin Kubík has been an attorney-at-law since 2008. He specializes in securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, corporate law, including corporate groups, and personal data protection. Martin is also featured in the international rating publication Legal 500 as an expert in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

“Drahomír and Martin are both great attorneys with excellent prerequisites for their new positions at KŠB, not only because of their diligent work as attorneys but also for their active approach in further strengthening the good name for our law firm. I wish them the best in their new roles,” said KŠB managing partner Dagmar Dubecká.

In November, KŠB parted ways with Christian Blatchford, who chose a new career path. We would like to thank Christian for his long-term cooperation and wish him good luck and success in his new role.
