Contract Competition Marks Its Sixth Year28/01/18 / News
ELSA, the largest independent association of law students in the world, recently organized the sixth annual Contract Competition in cooperation with KSB.
This year, the competitors were assigned the task of designing and drafting a framework contract for their client Advanced Development s.r.o. – the best construction company in Central Europe according to market references – and to handle all matters of cooperation between the client and the Mediterranean Hotels group, the second most important provider of luxury hotels in the world.
Six teams went head to head in the competition, and the jury of KSB lawyers selected the team of Vojtěch Hradečný and Diana Ježková as the winner. Leoš Kudlík and Michael Šatylov placed second and Arťom Gnědin and Ondřej Sehnal third.
