Two attorneys and one junior lawyer join the ranks at Kocián Šolc Balaštík (KŠB) today: German lawyer Rainer Frank as a counsel, Pavla Veselková as an associate, and Petra Dosoudilová as a junior lawyer.

“I am delighted welcome three new colleagues and wish them all the best in their new roles. I appreciate that their professional paths have led them to Kocián Šolc Balaštík. Rainer Frank is an experienced attorney who will be an asset to our German Desk thanks to his expertise in German law. I believe that our newly established cooperation will flourish to everyone’s satisfaction,” said KŠB Managing Partner Dagmar Dubecká.

Rainer Frank is a member of the Karlsruhe Bar Association, the Czech Bar Association and the Real Estate Market Development Association. He focuses on real property law, mergers & acquisitions and banking law. Rainer graduated from the universities of Regensburg and Tübingen, and he speaks German, English and Czech.

Two of Rainer’s colleagues will be the other additions to KŠB’s team: Pavla Veselková has been a member of the Czech Bar Association since 2014 and specializes in civil law, corporate law, insolvency and banking. Petra Dosoudilová has also been a member of the Czech Bar Association since 2014 and focuses on civil law, corporate law, real property law, and administrative law.
