KŠB Names New Partner and Counsel21/01/19 / News

As of 1 January 2019, Drahomír Tomašuk was named a new KŠB partner and Martin Kubík was appointed a counsel. Both have been with KŠB for many years and their promotions are an acknowledgment of their commitment to the firm.

Drahomír Tomašuk has been an attorney-at-law since 2003. He specializes in telecommunication law, personal data protection, banking, corporate law, including corporate groups, and administrative proceedings, including administrative justice. The international rating publication Legal 500 lists Drahomír as an expert in telecommunication law.

Martin Kubík has been an attorney-at-law since 2008. He specializes in securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, corporate law, including corporate groups, and personal data protection. Martin is also featured in the international rating publication Legal 500 as an expert in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
