Important decisions:

Decision by the European Court of Human Rights of 2 October 2014, Complaint No. 97/11, concerning the search of a company’s business premises by the Competition Authority in violation of Article 8 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.

Ruling by the Constitutional Court of 23 August 2017, Case No. III ÚS 3425/16, regarding the obligation of the Czech Supreme Court to decide on the motion to immediately suspend the enforceability of a decision that was challenged by a special appeal. Ruling by the Constitutional Court of 23 April 2019, Case No. I. ÚS 1415/18, on the unconstitutionality of the court fee for appeals in damages cases against the state.
