Electronic communication with the Social Administration Office in 2014

Starting on 1 January 2014, all employers will be obliged to submit prescribed forms to Social Administration bodies in electronic form only via their data boxes, e-mails bearing an electronic signature or public web interface e-Podání.

The obligation to file the prescribed forms in electronic form only will apply to forms applicable to 2013 if the deadline for submitting such forms began after 31 December 2013.
