KSB attorneys Petr Kasík and Juraj Hudák wrote an exclusive contribution on liability of directors and its specific issues in the Czech legal environment. The text was published in the international publication Directors’ Liability and Indemnification.

The publication reviews and summarizes legislation in a number of jurisdictions world-wide applicable to liability, indemnification and insurance of directors, and outlines the most significant risks involved in or resulting from the management of companies.
