A governmental bill was presented to the Chamber of Deputies amending Act No. 563/1991, Coll., on Accounting, as amended (“Accounting Act”), Parliamentary Press No. 17/0. The amendment to the Accounting Act inter alia newly defines the infringement of duties pursuant to the Accounting Act as administrative offences in Sections 37 and 37a and stipulates the maximum amounts of penalties for individual types of infringements.
