KSB advises in sale of energy assets from NWR Group to Dalkia ČR
KSB assisted New World Resources N.V. in the sale of energy assets concentrated in NWR Energy and its subsidiaries to Dalkia ČR.
The consultancy included drafting of the contractual documentation for the sale of NWR Energy as well as long-term contracts for utilities supplies to OKD by NWR Energy and its subsidiaries.
New World Resources N.V., through its subsidiary OKD, is a major black coal producer in Central Europe.
